Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow one to three days to process your order. Expect an email within one to five days to let you know your order is on the way!

LOCAL DELIVERY

During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "Continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available in the whole Dominican Republic.

Orders placed before 12:00 PM will be processed the same day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be processed the next day.

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

SHIPPING POLICIES

To achieve a satisfactory delivery, we remember that it is your responsibility as a customer to ensure the accuracy of your data and address information entered; This is to carry out a correct and timely delivery of orders. These deliveries are made to the address indicated at the time of generating the order on our page; Once processed, the delivery address cannot be modified.

Orders generated after 2:00 p.m. will be processed by our systems the next day.

DELIVERY COSTS

Our delivery rates and related processes include order processing, handling, and packaging.

  • For United States: The shopping rates are calculated at checkout, based on weight.
  • For Dominican Republic: The shipping rates are RD$300 for all Country.


These fees will be automatically applied to your total amount at checkout.

In case you have purchased under difficult weather conditions (trough, rain, cyclone, hurricane) may take longer than established.

You can verify your order with the tracking information that we provide.

TRANSPORTATION COMPANIES WE USE

  • For United States: We offer delivery to customer's home. We use United States Postal Service (USPS).
  • For Dominican Republic: We offer domestic shipments with Transporte Espinal, Metropack, and Vimenpaq. You can choose your preferred shipping method by writing only the company name in the special instructions for the seller box.

We are currently working on enabling and expanding more shipping options that are more convenient for our customers.

DELIVERY TIMES

The delivery time of the order you place in our store is approximately:

  • Three to Five days for the United States.
  • Three to Eight business days for the Dominican Republic
  • Deliveries may not be made on holidays, Saturdays or Sundays.
